Terms / Foundations for MOU
Charity agree to:
Place partner logo and sponsorship description in relevant outgoing media and blog posts
Refer to partner contribution description on our website and promotional materials
Promote Thailand Run among its fan base and supporters before and during all events in-person and on all media.
Co-author press, news briefings or other media regarding the partnership as deemed necessary
Give notification to Thailand Run of all or any donations or supports gained directly or indirectly as a result of activities encompassed in this agreement.
Support activities before, during and after the run.
Thailand Run Agrees to:
Support and raise funds for named Charity in accordance with above.
Support and make funds available to the charity as described above
Create Awareness of the charity before and during the event.
Direct sponsors and support to the charity.
Place partner logo and sponsorship description in relevant outgoing media and blog posts
Co-author press, news briefings or other media regarding the partnership as deemed necessary
Support activities before, during and after the run.
Termination and Terms:
This MOU is strictly for internal management purposes for each of the parties. It is not legally enforceable and shall not be construed to create any legal obligation on the part of either party.
This MOU shall not be construed to provide a private right or cause of action for or by any person or entity.
All agreements herein are subject to and will be carried out in compliance with all acts and statutes and civil codes as comprise the laws of Thailand.
This MOU is neither a fiscal nor a funds obligation document. Nothing in this MOU
authorizes or is intended to obligate the parties to exchange, or reimburse funds, services, or supplies, or transfer or receive anything of value.
This MOU in no way restricts either of the parties from participating in any activities with other public or private agencies, organizations or individuals.
